Delivery availability and charges

Available delivery options and any shipping charges are displayed at checkout after you enter your address. Please review the final order total before paying. Delivery availability depends on the destination and courier serviceability.

Order processing and dispatch

We prepare orders after confirming payment or the applicable order details. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your order communication is an estimate. If an item is unavailable or a significant delay occurs, we will contact you about the available options.

Tracking your order

Where the courier provides tracking, dispatch and tracking details will be shared using the contact information supplied with the order. Keep your email address and phone number accurate.

Address changes and missed deliveries

Check your full address, PIN code and phone number before placing an order. For a correction, email contact.siddhtattva@gmail.com promptly with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Contact us if a delivery attempt is missed or your tracking status needs clarification.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please keep the packaging and share photos where possible.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only when it is offered at checkout for your order and address. Any applicable COD charge will be shown before you place the order.
